Cyberpunk 2077 New Trailer And News

The first trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 focuses on the plot of the game. The trailer shows that there will be three backstories playable for your customizable character. The back story you choose will radically change your starting for the Cyberpunk 2077 and beyond.

Another recent trailer dropped by the Game Studio CD Projekt RED for Cyberpunk 2077 displays and shows fans basic details about a few weapons that the Cyberpunk 2077 will be having for players to bring chaos in the dark and dangerous night city.

Weapons For Cyberpunk 2077

The types of weapons that can be used in the Cyberpunk 2077 and modifications and attachments for them has been under focus in the trailer named ‘Tools of Destruction’. Fans of the typical First Person Shooter games will be somewhat familiar to these weapons. There are multiple kinds and categories of weapons named as ranged, melee, and cyberware. Whereas two categories for add ons.

All of the weapons and their types have their pros and cons that will depend on your style and be balanced accordingly. It will depend on your character build and gameplay preferences. let’s discuss some of the details briefly.

Out of these categories, Ranged type has been the main focus of the trailer.

Smart weapons or modernized weapons, which will automatically detect and lock aim onto the target. Which will allow players will have a wide variety of arsenal at their disposal to do the job. To high-powered tech weapons that will wreak havoc upon the enemy and the surroundings alike.

The Smart Weapons can detect, track enemies, and hit enemies fleeing away or even hidden behind cover. This category seems perfect for scanning an area and eliminating people who are spread across the area.

The melee weapon, for now,  showed off a pretty standard Katana sword. As the team then moved to Cyberware, it showed another melee weapon. The Mantis Blades work like a pair of brutal ice picks, giving enemies a great shock as they come in contact.

The Power Weapons work just like everyday guns that we have in real life i.e. shotguns and rifles.

Tech Weapons fire metal projectiles by using electromagnetic power, at an ultra-high-speed that can penetrate different types of walls,

Weapons such as Projectile Launch System, Thermal Katana, Tsunami Nekomata, and many more wild and chaotic weapons will feature in Cyberpunk 2077.

These weapons have rarities, also these weapons can be improved in different aspects as well. A player with a higher rarity will be at more advantage than the one having lower rarity. The weapons can also be modified such as attaching silencers and scopes to have an upper hand against the opponents.

One different thing one should know about Cyberpunk 2077 is that it can be completed without killing anyone. Yes really.

non-lethal settings can be set for Many weapons, you see? But, seriously? who does that? There’s clearly no fun in that.

Generally speaking, the combat scenarios from the trailer look like they can get really ‘mental’ if the right gear and weapons are combined together.

Cyberpunk 2077 Date and Platform For Releasing

After many delays, finally, the Cyberpunk 2077 will be launching on 19th November 2024. As for the platforms, Cyberpunk 2077 will be launching for Xbox One, PC, Google Stadia, and PlayStation 4.

With the holiday season, will come PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X  versions for the Cyberpunk 2077.

Subtitle Issue For Cyberpunk 2077

Earlier, Cyberpunk 2077 official Twitter account posted new screenshots from the game. The screenshots showed the player character talking to Kirk, which is one of the game’s NPCs.

Since the time of release, The screenshot has drawn criticism for the developers. Obviously, because it showed a potential problem with the Cyberpunk 2077 subtitles. The subtitles’ colors can clash with the backgrounds and also are quite small, making them very hard to read.

The issue of poor subtitle visibility has been around in modern games. The problem, especially for console games, where players usually sit far back from the screen. Players have been complaining that they won’t be able to read them. Developer CD Projekt Red heard the complaints and has promised that the subtitles can be adjusted.
